Less Foot Pain and Supporting Girls on the Run

Happy 4th!

I hope the summer is off to a great start. While the season brings BBQs, beach days, and travel, it also brings some questionable footwear choices-flip flops, fashion sneakers, and pointy-toe ballet flats to name a few.  We are also generally more active.  Do you have a hiking trip planned? Are you heading to a European destination with hours of walking on cobblestones? Have you started to train for one of the fall marathons?  All of this can lead to some achy feet. I had the opportunity to address some ways to help with foot pain in a recent article in VitaminShoppe.  Use the link below to read what I have to say:

In other news, I was proud to support Girls on the Run for their spring season. For those of you who are not familiar with this organization, it empowers girls in 3rd-8th grade to be healthy, confident and joyful through a running-based program. Movement and connectivity is such an important part of what I do. I couldn't think of a better organization to support. By being a "friend", 4 girls will be able to enroll in the program and get sneakers.  Amazing!

As always, I am here to support you in any way I can on your health and wellness journey.  Please reach out at any time.
