Implementation and Growth in the New Year

Happy 2023!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season! Is anyone else exhausted? Kind of glad it’s all over?

I am!

Don’t get me wrong. I love the magic of it all but the pace is relentless. There is travel, sleeping in a strange bed with terrible pillows, spending too much money, wine, cookies, more wine, chocolate, the weird guest at dinner, not enough exercise, not enough water….and you wake up on January 1 and say, ‘that is it!’. Time to make some changes, get back on track, new year, new me etc. Sound familiar?

How often do those resolutions stick? Not often.

I let go of resolutions a long time ago. However, I like the idea of having a blank canvas. That is what January 1 feels like to me. I have 12 months to create something really cool using all the lessons and tools that I have gathered along the way. Instead of making rules for myself, I set an intention for the year. For me this year is all about: IMPLEMENTATION AND GROWTH

I spent a large part of 2022 in various coaching programs. I learned a tremendous amount about being an entrepreneur and what it takes to build a business. Main take away-it’s not easy. Also, you have to chip away at a lot of what holds you back. It is as much a personal as it is professional. I learned so much about myself and have so much more confidence in my ability to lead. The next year is about taking all of the lessons and putting them into action. These new skills will undoubtedly bring growth.

Now it is your turn.

Find some quiet time this week. Close your eyes for a minute or two and ask your heart what it would like for the year ahead. You might be surprised what comes up when you slow down and listen. From there, align your actions with your intention and watch what happens.

I would love to hear what you come up with. If you’d like some accountability with sticking with it, I am here for that! I am also here for all your PT and wellness needs!

Please reach out if I can help in any way. OR just say hello.

Wishing all the peace, love, and good health!
